ABOUT LEESYLVANIA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Leesylvania Elementary School opened its doors in September 1996. Leesylvania is located on land once owned by "Light-Horse Harry" Lee. We are a School of Excellence!

Rippon Landing, Newport Estates, Harbors of Newport, Dawsons Landing, Riverside Station, Winslow Chase, Cambridge Square and Powells Landing.


SPECIAL PROGRAMS



We are featuring a business partnership with Kaiser Permenante with a focus on making healthy choices. We participate in the Effective School Wide Discipline Initiative with an emphasis on our school wide discipline plan, The Eagle Way. We are immersed in Baldrige in Education program which trains educators to include learners in making data based decisions about their learning.


 

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS & EXTRACURRICULUR ACTIVITIES

Extra-curricular activities include include Fifth Grade Strings, All County Chorus, SCA, Safety Patrols, Robotics, Lego Club, and Girl Scouts.
