Staying Active at Home: Health and Physical Education

While you are there please visit our CALENDAR as well, we will be posting things almost on a daily basis for breaks in your day.
We wanted to make sure you have some resources to keep your students (and yourself) active and healthy.
One of the most important things you can do for you and your family's mental and physical health during this time is making sure you stay active and get at least the CDC recommended 60 minutes of activity each day.
