Remember to stretch and strengthen your muscles each day, and drink plenty of water!

SIT AND REACH STRETCH
-Reach toward one outstretched foot at a time, with the opposite leg bent.
Repeat two times

SPAGHETTI, MEATBALL! 
-Spaghetti- Lay flat on your back, arms overhead, body straight, legs straight, arms straight.
-Meatball-Sit up, pull knees in to your chest and wrap your arms around your knees, and try not to fall over!
Repeat

SUPERMAN
-Lay on your stomach, position your body straight just like your "Spaghetti, Meatball"exercise.
-Lift up arms and legs, hold for 2 seconds, slowly release to the floor for 2 seconds.
Repeat
Go at your own pace, and have fun!
