Dear Parents and ESOL Students:

Now that we are in Phase 4 of distance learning, I will be posting weekly assignments on my class page. Please check the folder for your child’s grade in Weekly Assignments each week. I can be contacted by e-mail from my class page and also by Class Dojo message if you have any questions.

Teacher: Pamela Asmus

Welcome to Mrs. Asmus' ESOL class page. This is my second year teaching and supporting students in the ESOL program
. I have had the privilege of living in five countries outside of the United States, all places where I was not fluent in the local language, and this is what inspired my interest in becoming an ESOL teacher.

The coronavirus pandemic has created some challenges for us, but learning does not have to stop because our school is closed! I encourage everyone to practice healthy habits, get some fresh air and exercise, and use the resources posted by our LES teachers to stay engaged. Please start by taking a look at the resources below, as well as those posted by your child's classroom teacher.

I provide ESOL services for students in the following classes.
