Registration Information

Online registration for new students for the 2024-2025 school year begins on March 18, 2024. Click on the link below to register, or go to www.pwcs.edu and click on Parents, Enrolling in PWCS, Registration of Students.

Once you have completed the Online Registration and it has been reviewed by the Registrar, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the registration, as well as a link to sign up for an appointment to bring your child to school for kindergarten screening.

The original birth certificate and your valid photo ID are required to be seen by the Registrar even if the documents have been uploaded.

Preschool students that are currently enrolled and attending a PWCS preschool program do not have to complete an online registration. Your information will transfer to your base school.

Kindergarten

The Kindergarten Team will conduct screenings of all Kindergarten students. Please use the Sign-Up Genius link in the Registration Completion document you will receive after you submit your registration to sign up for an appointment. Screenings take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Parents, please complete and download the form below and bring it with you to your Registration Completion Appointment or Kindergarten screening. You may also bring any missing documents to the Kindergarten screening appointment to complete your registration.

A current physical with immunizations dated on or after 8/21/2023 is required for your student to enter Kindergarten. If your address has changed, proof of residency must be presented (see registration documents below). An email will be sent to you with instructions for scheduling an appointment for kindergarten screening. Please complete the KG Information form below and bring it with you to your appointment.
