Welcome back to a brand-new school year! We are so excited to see your smiling faces and hear all about your summer adventures. Our school feels complete when each of you walks through the doors, and we cannot wait to begin another amazing year together.

At Leesylvania Elementary, every student matters. Each of you brings unique talents, ideas, kindness, and energy that make our school a special place. Whether you are returning to LES or joining us for the first time, know that you belong here and that we are so glad you are part of our school family.

This year will be filled with opportunities to learn new things, make new friends, discover your strengths, and grow in ways you may not even imagine today. There may be times when learning feels challenging, but remember that mistakes help us learn, and growth happens when we keep trying. Believe in yourself, work hard, be kind, and never be afraid to ask for help. You will continue to use your Growth Mindset!

Your teachers and staff are here because they care about you and want you to succeed. They are excited to support, encourage, and celebrate you every step of the way. Together, we will create classrooms where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and inspired to do their best.
